We provide quotes that are clear, transparent, and reflect all the work necessary to ensure you receive an excellent translation. We do not charge formatting fees. Quotes are valid for 30 days.

If your documents contain duplicate or repeated content, you’ll only be charged for it once. The same applies to future translation projects—if we’ve already translated a repeated section, you won’t pay for it again. This means the more documents you have, and the longer they are, the more you can benefit from incremental discounts. We determine these discounts using both automated tools and manual review. Relying on both methods ensures accuracy, as automated tools can sometimes miss repeated content, especially in complex or highly formatted documents. For reference, nearly every other translation company uses only automatic tools in their calculations.

Yes, we do. Maintaining confidentiality is our number one priority. We only keep files for as long as it takes for the project to be translated and approved. We do not keep any files long-term. We regularly handle legal translations and are happy to sign any court protective orders. All our translations are performed in a secure environment by translators who have signed NDAs. If you decide not to proceed after receiving a quote, we will securely delete all your files.

Yes, we welcome collaboration with other language agencies and already have existing relationships with many agencies in Canada, the United States, and South Korea. Our translation services always include TEP (translation, editing, and proofreading). Formatting is always included at no extra cost. You can expect our translation to match the source file’s formatting.
