Korean Medical Documents
A Korean hospital chart is not one document. A single claim file routinely contains outpatient records, progress notes, operative and anesthesia records, nursing notes, laboratory and imaging results, and the certificates that hospitals issue on request, each with its own conventions, abbreviations, and terminology. We translate all of them, with certification, for insurance claims, litigation, and personal records.
